Having worked in National Bank of Kuwait for the past five years in the fields of Consumer Banking Group - Strategy Developing and Execution, I have acquired a solid and diversified experience.
My main objective is to work in challenging, dynamic environment that would allow me to further enhance my skills in business development fields

• Monitoring and tracking the progress of CBG strategic initiatives and provide the upper management with a clear status
• Measuring the performance of the strategic initiatives and the entire strategy
• Measuring the success for the completed initiatives
• Working with Mckinsey on the Consumer Banking Group strategy development
• Working with both Business and IT in the ranking of CBG projects for prioritization
• Keep abreast of market development, trends and activity in order to identify potential opportunities for NBK
• Heavy involvement in defining NBK Social Media Strategy
• Monitor and tracking NBK social media
• Contribute to the reporting and forecasting process
• Improving NBK processes and how Consumer Banking functions as a group.
