Cognos Business Intelligence implementation, and post-production support.
Full project life cycle experience starting from scoping through requirement analysis, design, development and production till post-production support.
Requirements gathering, business analysis, solution design, and development of BI reports, dashboards, and balanced score cards.
Design BI solutions based on the best practices, and map them to technical specs required by ETL and BI reports.
Development of complex & interactive reports (drill-through, and drill-down, burst reports, crosstab reports, events, etc.).
Design and build dashboards for multiple business users/departments.
Conduct UAT & manage the user comments through change process.
Developing implementation Documentation
Migrating the solution to production platform.
Post-production support.
Conduct end user training and knowledge transfer sessions for technical administrators.
Developing Proof of Concepts using IBM Cognos BI suite and Microsoft Performance Point then demonstrating them.

Develop and deliver IBM Cognos Business Intelligence solution including 6 dashboards (HSE Leading, H&S Lagging, Process, Environment & Security) and 3 reports (KPC, Action Plan Report & Metric Comments Report) comprising enterprise wide reporting for 2 departments Healthy Safety Environment (HSE) and Corporate Planning
