•Stock market analysis : Building financial models of public corporations specialized in
Agri Business, Energy and Retail. Valuation analysis using DCF, Comparables, and
Sum of parts.
•Research : Developing research papers and reports to Institutional investors, shareholders
and main stakeholders. Launch of “Book Afrique”, an in depth analysis of the first selection
of African stocks.
•Investors’ relations : Liaison with institutional investors and covered companies
management. Presenting investment research insights and managing ad hoc requests.
•Industry analysis : Measuring the impact and synergies of new acquisitions within the
Agri Business sector. Identifying companies with high capacity of converting profit into cash
flow among Energy and Automotive industries.

•Reporting: Reporting the holding’s activities and developing dashboards for weekly,
monthly, quarterly and yearly operations and cash position using SAGE, MS Excel and
Power BI.
•Business plans : Producing detailed business plans of the holding and its affiliates under
diverse scenarios using Top down and Bottom up approaches for revenue forecasting.
•Budgeting : Coordinate, review, and present the annual budget to the management and
ensure its conformity with the various objectives settled in the corporation’s business plan,
and the subsequent distribution of the approved budget to the various departments for
their operational guidance.
•Financial controlling : Measuring financial performance and executing budget variance
analysis to explain and interpret deviations between actual and budgeted figures.

•Costing analysis : Evaluation and optimization of financial costs (interests on financing,
factoring commissions, commissions on discounting ... ), and follow up of the correct
application of banking conditions.
•Capital budgeting : Capital budgeting of the company's diverse capital investments, and
assessment of the most suitable investment using the Net Present Value (NPV), Internal
Rate of Return (IRR), and Payback period methods.
•Relationship with governmental agencies : Establishing transfer authorizations requests
with the Moroccan Exchange Office, making quarterly statement about currency situation
to the Central Bank of Morocco.
•Reporting : Weekly and monthly reporting regarding the management of currency within
the company and foreign exchange market ($/MAD, €/MAD, €/$, AED/MAD...).
