Supervise day-to-day construction activities
•Maintain project files and all relevant QC documentation for construction projects
•Keep client informed of changes and challenges encountered during construction phase of project
•Ensure that work on sites being carried out safely and in compliance with mandatory requirements
•Develop and implement best practices and procedures with respect to the construction of projects.
•Attend on‐site project meetings with consultants, construction trades and site team etc.

Calculate future needs in kitchenware and equipment and place orders, as needed
•Coordinate communication between front of the house and back of the house staff
•Supervise kitchen and wait staff and provide assistance, as needed
•Keep detailed records of daily, weekly and monthly costs and revenues
•Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
•Gather guests’ feedback and recommend improvements to the menus
