● Attend Microsoft Dynamics AX training in turkey.
● Provide front line software support to all Microsoft Dynamics AX end-users, Logistics and finance.
● Provide in-house user training on AX ERP system also in other IR offices.
● Develop and maintain training materials to train the staff Guides, Manuals and Card notes.
● Experienced in implementing, operating, tuning and troubleshooting Dynamics AX systems
● Maintain integrations between Microsoft Dynamics AX and third party software applications.
● Debugging / ability to troubleshoot issue using AX debugger.
● Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by AX team in UK.
● Develop and customize reports within the Microsoft Dynamics solution.
● Record IRL staff AX queries to analyze problem then solve it to maintain system efficiency.
● Evaluate and modify system performance and send recommendations for future upgrades.
