Project: The Address Downtown Dubai
- Working as an Assistant Project Manager as part of the Project Management Consultant team.
- Assisting the Project Director in his day to day tasks.
- Preparing and issuing weekly and monthly reports for the Client.
- Acting as the project’s Risk Manager on behalf of the Client.

Keeping up to date with the latest sustainability and municipality regulations in the UAE and the Middle East region.

Reviewing the type of contract used to write tailored specs for clients.

Experienced with CAWS and CSI specifications format.

Worked as a site architect on two major projects, with two of the biggest clients in the UAE, Damac and TDIC.

Produced shop drawings.

Submittals and RFIs.

Design Development.

Designing a 5 story women’s hospital in Alexandria that has 32 bedrooms, along with several surgery rooms and a number of utility rooms, dealt with design and construction problems. Worked on drainage, electricity and AC drawings for the hospital.

Dealt with landlords, contractors, and clients. Met with different companies to discuss different products, prices, and building techniques. Implemented and developed specifications for Tesco standards in China. Communicated and assisted a team of 20 designers to adapt to new Chinese building regulations. Researched and investigated bicycle parking designs in the UK to apply in China
