• Manufacturing Management: Chairing weekly production meetings to analyze the manufacturing and material availability against customer demand and presentation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); preparing monthly production plan and formulating long term capacity plan based on various supply chain and sales inputs.
• Responsible for assembly line, tooling development for mega projects, as well as managing outsourced manufacturing operations as and when required. Working in direct coordination with Team Leaders and Production Supervisors to assure smooth production and offering solutions for production problems.
• Tooling Management: Responsible for tooling development and all production accessories (Milling jigs, assembly jigs, lifting tools, transportation jig); responsible for molds design (Aluminum and Composites molds); supervising and controlling production activities and to ensure timely fulfillment of orders; responsible for attaining all aspects of production operation including safety, scheduling, quality, lean, and team development in assigned areas. Supporting fabrication of complex machined parts, components, assemblies, and part families. Identifying tooling needs and manage the design, supply, and commissioning of tooling.
• Technical Leadership: Playing a key role in performing engineering investigations, studies and other testing to develop suggestions for process improvements, cost reductions, and/or quality improvements on existing technologies & products.
• Design Engineering: Checking compatibility of engineering drawings and specifications with manufacturing and fabrication capabilities by reviewing drawings and making suggestions for changes and revisions for clients at early stages of the project. Analyzing equipment structural designs via. Finite Element Analysis (ANSYS) to determine appropriate safety factors and capacities.
• Process Enhancement: Identifying scope for planning, implementing & monitoring of technological changes to enhance productivity; modifications in equipment, process flow, working practices, consumables, power, etc. for controlling & reducing conversion cost per unit produced.
• Process Enhancement: Executing modifications to ensure manufacture of products as per specifications & quality attributes in line with customer's needs and expectations.
• Rejection Management: Achieving minimum rejection through rejection analysis on daily basis and judiciously deploying the resources to optimize yield and achieve production targets within defined time and cost parameters.
• Schedule Development: Preparing and developing cost and schedule plans for management at all stages of project from design through to completion through resource loading.
• Headed and mentored a team of 27 members engaged in production work and steered continuous improvement measures by employing Kanban and Kaizen manufacturing
techniques in the assembly line.

• Imperative in optimizing an assembly plant for high and low productivity in addition to establishing criteria to measure client satisfaction level for product development program.
