Creating workflows for the Business Development department using PPT
Leading the optimization of the operations and processes automation in order to convert to cloud and tech-based operations
Leading the communications and supporting in the proposal creation process with governmental entities, embassies, UN agencies, and INGOs
Facilitating the clients' outsourcing process and connecting them with the members
