• Participate in beneficiary data management processes, which involved collecting, storing, and analyzing data related to the beneficiaries.
• Involve in accountability processes, which included regularly reviewing and evaluating project activities to ensure that they were in line with the set goals and objectives.
• Provide direct support and guidance to the field registration staff and data entry clerks. Ensure the control and confidentiality of registration data, including tally sheets, completed verification and registration forms and data files.

• Maintain continuous dialogue within the organization to facilitate a coordinated approach to project implementation.

• Generate reports on sales, inventory, and other key metrics to inform business decisions.
• Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing customer inquiries and complaints.
