• Configure and maintain network infrastructure using pfSense firewall, Cisco switches, UniFi systems, and Unifi access points
• Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues and hardware/software malfunctions
• Monitor network performance (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi) and recommend enhancements
• Maintain accurate network diagrams, IP address management, and inventory records
• Rack arrangement and installation
• Support and optimize wireless networks using UniFi and Aruba solutions for seamless connectivity

TASKS:
- Maintaining Computer systems and support any system goes down.
- Maintaining user PC’, including upgrades and configuration as needed.
- Installing, configure, and upgrade PC software
- Handing internal and global tickets and coordination with end users.
- Assisting with on boarding of new users.
- Responsible for PC’s, Printers, Servers, access-ID and related equipments
- Manage Company assets.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving
- Internet connectivity, email clients, VOIP and more.
- Jira Ticketing system.
- Support Windows, Ubunto and MacOS systems.
- Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary.

Supporting (KSA, UAE, Hurghada) sites. Installing Adobe programs and troubleshooting it.
Active Directory. (create users and GPO add OU and registry)

- Answering incoming phone calls and provide support to callers experiencing network problems of all kinds.
- Listening to descriptions of customer issues and determine how and if they can be fixed.
- Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.
- Gather customer’s information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving internet connectivity, email clients, IPTV, VOIP and more.
- Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary

- L2/L3 Network Topologies.
- Structured cabling. (U/UTP. F/FTP cables).
- Patching of UTP and fiber.
- Termination & testing of UTP cables using fluke tester.
- L2 switches configuration.
- Overview on monitoring tools.
- Rack arrangement and ports activation.
- IOS & Configuration backup and restoration.
- Troubleshooting network and wireless issues .
- Handing tickets and coordination with end users.
