Not to mention also, Quality Control upon the material going out and in the agency.
Devised a CREATIVE TIME PLAN to organize jobs, creative members & time. (please see attached sample at the end), and PLANNING with Account Handlers in PRIORITIZING job’s IN to reach maximum profitability by not exceeding budgets for each client.
