Holding the role of Manager of Creative Services which holds both Traffic and Studio, of an office of 40+ employees, restructuring the workflow, putting in mind efficiency, allocating resources: time and people for the job to get done, proper channeling of jobs and accountability of processing the jobs. Not to mention also, Quality Control upon the material going out and in the agency.
Devised a CREATIVE TIME PLAN to organize jobs, creative members & time. (please see attached sample at the end), and PLANNING with Account Handlers in PRIORITIZING job’s IN to reach maximum profitability by not exceeding budgets for each client.
