• Reporting to the CEO, and responsible for delivering all the critical projects and actions.
• Provide the CEO with a timely projects progress update. And raise risks or issues that may cause
a delay or concern which required his authority to proceed.
• Interact with the Executive team on cross-functional issues resolution.
• Present to the executive team C and V levels the weekly projects and actions update.
• Perform risk management activities for critical projects and tasks, resolves blocking issues, and provide mitigation and contingency plans.
