• Directing and leading the regional operations in the Arabian Gulf (GCC) Countries by working closely with the CEO, COO, Directors, and Senior Managers of the Countries Operations.
• Championed and established highly effective Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Almarai Logistics and Transport Operations. Established rigorous Operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including; Inventory Accuracy; On-Time Shipment; Cost per Unit (KG/Liter); Picking accuracy; Warehouse Fill Rate; Transportation Assets Utilization; Turnaround Time, Operations Cost per Kilometer (CPK), Repair and Maintenance Cost per Kilometer (RM CPK), and a host of others.
• Drove the development and the cultivation of positive business relationships with All of Almarai Stakeholders such as Manufacturing, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Human Resources, IT, PR and Communications.
