- Prepare, analyze and report enterprise wide report to the senior management (planned Vs Actual for project cost, schedule, budget, revenue, profitability report and milestone progress).

- Participate with the Board of Directors in developing a vision and strategic plan to guide the organization.
- Identify, assess and inform the board of directors of internal and external issues that affect the organization.
- Act as a professional advisor to the board of directors on all aspects of the organization's activities.
- Conduct official correspondence on behalf of the board as appropriate and jointly with the board wen appropriate.
- Develop an operational plan which incorporates goals and objectives that work towards the strategic direction of the organization.
- ensure that the operation of the organization meets the expectations of its clients.
- Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management.
- Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project.
- Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities.
- Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities, revise the schedule as required.
- Determine the objectives and measures with upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion.
- In consultation with the appropriate manager, recruit, interview and select staff with appropriate skills for the project activities.
- Manage project staff according to the established policies and practices of the organization.
- Ensure that all project personnel receive an appropriate orientation to the organization and the project.
- Contract qualified consultants to work on the project as appropriate.
