• Credit Officer at Arab Investment Bank "AIBK", January 2016 till present where I am responsible for :
-Authorizing loans and overdraft facilities
-Setting up saving accounts and bonds
-Assisting in the movement of money via payment mechanisms.
- Increase sales of financial products and services, attract new customers and manage a team of staff.
-Dealing with customer complaints that can't be solved by the front line staff
-Implementing the new products, services and processes devised by head office
representing the bank within the wider community and building relevant contacts

Provide debit and credit transactions .
- Provide Local, International transfers "Swift Payments" with different currencies .

- Prepare web banking checks and take appropriate action on returned web banking checks .
- Respond to enquiries about account statuses and provide clients with transaction reports .
- running processes to clear and settle transactions .
- reconciling systems by checking that the data flows from the revenue-generating front office to the operations systems (operations control) .
- monitoring the activity and reports of daily transactions .
- investigating breaks in the cash account within an investment bank .
- liaising with clients regarding transaction settlements, as and when required .
