- supervision staff, project management and budgeting,
- Coordinate, monitor supervise and report on the electrical works of the project

- Monitor contractors for compliance with their contractual responsibilities

- Monitor progress of the Electrical works for compliance with schedule and quality

- Chair Electrical coordination meetings

- Manage Electrical design and RFIs between & from the contractors

- Obtain client approval on systems and installations

- Ensure compliance with Company policies/project management manual including HSE and QA

- Factory acceptance testing attendance

- Provide regular detailed reports on site activities, submission status and procurement

- Preparation of site and materials once delivered.

- Coordinate work with other section heads Mechanical, Civil, Architectural etc.

- Ensure project completion and prepare for testing and commissioning.

- Coordinate progress with Quantity surveyor for billing purpose.
