comparing this with the target baseline/contract baseline.
*Updates Bi‐Monthly actual vs. baseline S‐Curves.
*Create manpower histograms based on manpower loaded on schedule.
*Prepare the equipment histogram
* Preparation of recovery schedules or revises the schedule of work to ensure that the
updated or revised schedule is in line with project master schedule.
* Prepare extension of time including prepare support documents and impact schedule.
* Responsible to assist the budget and financial manager in controlling capital and
operational budget expenditures for the assigned projects.
* Study contract documents to become fully knowledgeable of project requirements
and specifications
* Prepare mile stone tracking dates in excel formats to ensure the easy understanding &

*Analyzing each project critical path and managing it.
*Prepare presentation of monthly turnover for running projects and their status.
* Liaise with subcontractors to ensure their activities are well allocated in the main work
program.
* Set up issue alerts for all important contractual and milestone dates.
* Analyze deviation, change of contract scope or delay, if required reschedule to meet
target dates in co‐ordination with site engineers.
* Recognizing long lead items and follow up with the procurement department.
* Study contract documents to become fully knowledgeable of project requirements
and specifications.
* Generate final construction schedule based on construction drawings, specification
and contracts.

Preparing cost estimation, and schedule bar chart plan considering all in puts (manpower,
equipment, and materials) availability, production, and construction sequences.
Developing, and updating resource (manpower and equipment) histogram weekly or monthly.
Evaluating allocation of resources and provide recommendations to maintain required progress.
Coordinating schedule for multiple projects, and incorporate information gathered into overall

Developing, and implementing plan versus actual progress charts (histograms/S‐curves).
Tracking, monitoring, and forecasting progress of all activities and deliverable such as products,
