Leading more than 60 staff members in various sections and specializations to fulfill the business & operational requirements for AL Madinah AL Munawara, Yanbu & Tabuk Industrial Cities. The industrial cities have 22, 000, 000m2 of developed lands for industrial, logistics & Commercial investments, managing leasing contracts within the developed industrial lands areas by allocating them as per industry & activity segments. Managing & leasing for more than 80 Ready Built Factories & Warehouses. Operation and maintenance of Industrial Cities Facilities & Infrastructure including water networks, water treatment plants, roads & highways, and roads cleaning & upkeeping services, storm networks. Deploying health & environmental programs, operating 24/7 Firefighting station & security patrol. Managing customer service and ticketing system to meet investor requirements and expectations, minimizing the number of complains with proper customer feedback & solutions and to meet their E services requests (Construction permits, Artcurial plans approvals, Civil defense plans and permits approvals .... etc). Managing & monitoring external and internal SLAs agreements to provide services within challenging timeframes.
Managing Rehabilitation and Development program for roads and infrastructure at Jeddah 1st Industrial city.
The roles involved working with MODON, Contractors, Consultant and other 3rd party companies under the direct non direct Projects supervision.
providing city requirement and priority for R&D program. Reviewing proposed Development Orders.
Preparing weekly, monthly and quarterly management reports.
Managing Two BOOT contracts for both Water supply and industrial waste water and treatment plant which providing services to all city factories
Studying and managing all requests raised by the Factories related to city roads and infrastructure and water services.
Issuing all related permits for utility contractors and insuring no conflict with R&D works or BOOTs contracts. Other management responsibilities
Managing the Operation and Maintenance for 12 million m2 of industrial city.
Managing the development program for the city Infrastructure roads and storm network.
Managing the water and wastewater contracts with MODON’s
Issuing all related infrastructure utility services permits.
Premises & Projects (New Branches, Renovations, ATMs projects):
Plans, design, and direct construction, Prepares engineering budget, Works with and directs Engineering Consultants and Central Purchasing in preparation of award of bids and contracts, develop construction schedules, evaluating quality of construction for acceptance, preparing BOQs and specifications for new projects, supervise and acknowledge projects completion.
Maintenance ( Bank Branches, ATMs, Bank’s Regional Management Building and other facilities):
Coordinate and support Maintenance Technician, provide bids for work as requested.
Purchasing of parts and supplies, daily documentation of required information, apply preventative maintenance programs, inspect contractor work in progress. Major maintenance work such as generators UPS system chillers HVAC systems, elevators, ect.
QA/QC:
Working a side and part of maintenance section, producing performance and Service Level Agreement (SLAs) products. Compliance with internal and external audit requirement and reports. Measuring and identifying key performance Indicators (KPI). Process improvement and enhancement plans.
Safety and Security:
Manage and supervise Security Guards and Systems. BMS systems monitoring for bank branches, computer room and buildings, Fire Fighting Systems, Access Control Systems, CCTV, Bugler Alarm Systems.
Managing maintenance contracts related to security devices and equipments. Buildings inspection and hazard Identification. Prepare Evacuation Plans and security awareness orientations.
Procurement and Budget Control:
Managing all type of payments related to vendors and contractors, issuing Purchase Order, approve supplier and vendors based on their work profiles, Budget control and management, Preparing investment budget for future work and projects related to Facilities management Department.

Key Responsibilities:
• Managed all civil, architectural and infrastructure activities related to estimation of quantities, scheduling, site implementation and coordinated between office and site activities.
Has experience in raft foundation works, columns, returned walls, load baring walls, ramp works, precast concrete works, shoring works.
• Established and monitored overall engineering services of the projects, as well as developed, reviewed and revised infrastructure standards to ensure consistency and cost control.
