• Reports to General Manager.
• Achieve the Sales collection and GP target agreed upon at the strategy presentation session.
• Ensure orders lost from existing customer are less than 5%.
• Ensure working capital deployment is below 20% of the sales turnover on annualized basis.
• Ensure to carry out the administration functions including the legal/contractual terms of office and ensure smooth commissioning between the Branch Office and Head Office.
• Ensure negative communications from Customers (Internal & External) and other non-compliance to process requirements are less than 2 cases (PP’s & Audit NCR’s) per year for the team.
• Continuously identify and document application/solutions & demonstrate at least 2 key significant learning achievements in the year in these areas.
• Establish new branch office to be a division of Centena Group and cover the market of Saudi Arabia.
• Reports to Managing Director.
• Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Forecast and track key account metrics
• Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
• Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
• Reports to Operations Manager.
• Manage allocated engineers and technicians effectively to complete the engineering tasks
• Provide correct and punctual reports.
• Responsible for all engineering matters on site when carrying out customer site work.
• Manage all support teams to complete the tasks as SOW.
