- Control the Import operation activities.
- Communicating with governments parties such as SFDA, MOH & customs to solve the clearance issues.
- Communicating with Foreign Suppliers to ensure that documents are completed and validated.
- Planning for the sensitive shipments (2-8) and coordinating with DCs to receive and clear these shipments upon arrival to the Saudi ports.
- Solving the discrepancies which may be reported by the DC for any shortage or damages and communicating directly with supplier and/or clearance team to trace this discrepancy and close the loop.
- Follow-up with the transportation agents and validate the transportation invoices.
- Verify and analyze the detentions charges and demurrage caused.
- Help the imports operation coordinators & officers to record vendor’s invoices in company ERP system and coordinate with other departments inside the company such as Finance; Marketing & IT to make sure that the import process are within the requirements.
- Dealing with the internal performance reports & KPIs.
- Receive & process the daily quires from the Scientific Offices and suppliers.
- Present and write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Maintain effectively the information and respond to questions from management, employees and vendors.

Coordinates with vendors and placing purchase orders and get their confirmation. Forecasting, checking and evaluate inventory by monitoring and reporting for all near expiry items. Ensure that stock level is within the company's requirement.
