- Prepare Realistic Project schedule Plans using Primavera,
- Analyze overall Progress and Efficiency Reports, compare with the targets and to suggest Appropriate and Timely Corrective Action in consultation with execution team for achieving of Project Objectives and Milestones and to work in coordination with the Project Cost Managers to lessen the Cost.
-Project Execution with Optimum Resource Usage & Updating/Reporting on Weekly Basis that contains Primavera Progress Reports & S-curves.
- Prepare Recovery Plans whenever Schedule Slippage occurs.
i am the assistant engineer of the supervisor and i do the shop drawings needed in the project
