- Reporting to the Production Section Head Manager; member of the production team responsible for delivering a production line with 80% GE, 90% production compliance and 94% GMP compliance.

Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for gum coating area during the commercialization and start up of the line to generate coating recipes and coating SOPs.
- Creation of coating BOMs.
- Planning, coordinating and validating daily production activities.
- Developing direct reports DVLs by applying online training and initiating production team leaders forum.
- Train team leaders on how to utilize the SAP manufacturing module.
- Training new operators on machine deployment and complying with recipes.
- Since July 2013 responsible of gum making area; currently working on creating an equipment snag list, updating CIL checklist and validating SOPs.
- Leading a lean 6σ project in the making department concerning gum cores overweight.

- Reporting to the Business Development Manager; member of multifunctional team responsible for completing the assigned project by organizing and controlling project elements.

Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible of the civil scope starting from the design through bidding, execution to the final handover to the manufacturing team.

- Coordinate with the all project tracks to plan and schedule the sequence of storing and installing the machines.
- Responsible for the project petty cash and ensuring that all expenses are reimbursed in a timely manner.
