 Protect proactively DED from any legal risk that might occur in any relation with the stakeholders, suppliers, contractors, consultants in any matter containing a legal exposure.
 Draft MOUs and agreements with national, regional, local and international governmental agencies, companies and authorities in various fields.
 Provide Legal advices to protect DED’s interests and other governmental agencies.
 Provide legal advice for selected investors related to: startup & acquisition, banking and finance, real estate.

Providing legal services (corporate & litigation) for individuals and companies operating in the private sector in the UAE, Gulf and the Middle East region
 Drafting contracts, agreements, and MOU related to:

- Real Estate industry (purchase and sale, land acquisition, assignment and transfer, real estate agency and exclusive broker agreement.
- Finance and international trade agreements.
- Incorporation LLC companies - shares transfer and amendments, side agreements ( management agreements).
- Sponsorship and events organization, exclusive distribution and sales agency, permanent supply
- Employment and service provider contracts.
- Translation all kind of contracts and legal documents (English / Arabic/ French)
 Negotiations (Arabic, English and French), Reconciliation and alternative dispute settlement.
 Business matching: investors, finance, contractors, brokers
 Litigation: Draw up, formulating and handling litigation cases: accounting and money recovery, Banking and credit files ( corporate and personal), stock exchange disputes, Insurance (maritime and car accidents), Real estate disputes and leasing, responsibility, compensation and liability cases, medical malpractice, patent and commercial illegal competition, criminal cases, breach of confidence, Fraud, ….
 In House Legal Advisor: Real Estate Developers - Advises related to litigation, pro active legal liability protection, compliance with local laws and new regulations ( Dubai local laws and RERA regulations), drafting legal notices to clients ( providing answers to their queries, payment reminders, consolidation and assignment approval or refusal).

Reporting to the General Secretary:
*Drafting Legal opinions and advices for the benefit of Islamic banks & financial institutions.
* legal researches and enhancement of legal practice and contracts in accordance with the AAIOFI Islamic standards.
* Implement the international and internal procedures to rule the disputes between the disputing parties (Islamic banking) who are resorting to the arbitration or reconciliation to settle their disputes
* Formulate, establish and calculate the financial schedules related to the administrative and Arbitrators fees
* Drafting all forms and agreements related to the Arbitration procedures ( Arbitration and arbitrator’s agreement, submission, notification forms, check list for standard Award) in accordance with the latest jurisprudence and practice in this filed

• Interview applicants for personal, and corporate loans, mortgage
• Complete credit and loan documentation, documentary credit letter (import export)
• Handling Legal forms and contracts: mortgage, mandate, agreements, LC, LG.
• Legal control and review of documents acts and deeds.
