Main duties and responsibilities
• Responsibility of sales and business development department including approving the company's proposals to the clients, pricing and costing procedure.
• Evaluation and studying of the company's agreement and alliances relation with others.
• Following the project executions and making sure of Customer's Satisfactions.
• Follow up the possible potentials and expansions within the Same Customer/account.
Main duties and responsibilities:
• Full responsibility of Oracle Supply Chain track of modules including ( Oracle Inventory, Oracle Purchasing and Oracle Order Management )
• Full responsibility of integration section within Oracle E-Business suite In SCM and Financial tracks, Including :
o Integration objectives and scenarios.
o Integration design, build and development of Scripts.
o Integration Continuous Sustain and Maintain.
for the integration between Oracle E-Business Suite and MyCare HIS of KFSHRCJ including and not limited to
following scenarios:
o Master Items.
o Item Categories and UOM.
o Items Movements, Transfer.
o AR Invoices and Receipts.
• Supervise and work closely with material management departments to ensure the best practice utilization of the Applications by Supervising their interaction with system i.e. annual physical count and adjustments process all over the hospital.
• Engage in the process of writing and continuous Updating of the hospital's IPP (Internal policy and procedures) in MM Department and its reflection on Hospital's ERP.
• Manage and coordinate the integrated ERP project plans, including implementation schedules and resource estimates.
• Communicate in regular basis with hospital executive management regarding the status of current projects; and attending the Oracle Stetting Committee Meeting.
• Prepare both regular and special reports, financial statements, forms and studies for executive management.
Main duties and responsibilities:
• Deliver Oracle Applications functional consultancy services to the customers of ROYAH in area of Supply Chain.
• Deliver Oracle Applications technical consultancy services including Integration, Personalization and reports design and building.

• Business process re-engineering for MoFA's processes in material management sector and the Ministries' embassies and consulates.
• Deliver the projects documentation bundle using AIM methodology.

• Engage in the hospital's transformation project leaded by E&Y which scope was to identify and write the hospital's policies and procedures related to the implementation of ERP solution.
• End to end implementation of Oracle modules (inventory, purchasing and order management)
• End to end integration package delivery between Oracle and hospital's HIS, including and not limited to following Scenarios
o Master Item and Categories.
o Inventory Organizations and Sub-inventories.
o Items Movements and transfers.
o Invoices and Receipts.
• Data migration for the hospital's huge volume of data (Master data and Opening balances ) using the API's and Interface table from Oracle including and not limited to

• Conducted several training sessions for MM users on how to use INV, PO and OM modules and for nurses and other store's users on how to request their stock online.
