Manage Electrical Department; Develop technical drawings and designs to assist production of all projects large and small, with a focus on submitting details, QS and BOQ to assist cost control department and project managers. Ensure all works are conducted as per design and work specifications.

Governmental District, New Administrative Capital, Egypt.
Duties include but not limited to:
· Coordination with client.
· Provide technical support, including participation in planning and design, interpretation of design, project reviews, etc.
· Review and evaluate electrical design drawings and specifications.
· Supervising in preparing electrical plans, writing specifications and evaluating materials.
· Inspection & supervision of site electrical installations for compliance with the approved drawings & specifications.
· Resolution of site problems.
· Reporting non-conformances to quality requirements.
· Evaluating contractors' clarifications requests.
· Witnessing and approving testing & commissioning activities.
· Preparing work progress and inspection reports.
· Reviewing shop drawings and material submittals issued by contractors.
Duties included but not limited to: Lighting Design, Power Design, Street Lighting, Cable routing, MV and LV infrastructure, Voltage Drop & Short Circuit Calculations, preparing panel schedules, BOQ, Cable Sizing Calculations, etc. for the following projects:
· Qatar Rail Station Area Planning, Qatar.
The scope includes street lighting, landscape lighting and infrastructure utilities coordination for 35 stations.
· Five Health Care Centers, Qatar.
The project comprises the design and construction supervision of five healthcare centers of three different built-up areas: 3, 000m2, 25, 000m2 and 30, 000m2. The total built-up area of the five sites is about 113, 000m2.
· Al-Sadd Health & Wellness Center, Qatar.
The project's built-up area is about 16, 700m2.
· Al Baker Hotel Towers, Qatar.
Hotel Tower 1 (203 meters high) has a gross of floor area of 27, 707m2 and plot area of 4, 445m2. Hotel Tower 2 (190 meters high) has a gross floor area of 37, 805m2 and a plot area of 5, 320m2.
· FIFA compliant training Sites, Qatar.
Each training site is approximately 10, 400m2.
· Manateq Headquarters in Ras Bufontas, Qatar.
The project's built-up area is 35, 000m2.
· Parks at Al-Khor, Al-Dhakira and Al-Shamal municipalities, Qatar.
Al Dhakira (2, 550 m2), Madinat Al Shamal (5, 263m2) and Al-Ghuwairyah (8, 173m2).
· Qatar Petroleum Auditorium & Fire station in Ras Laffan industrial city, Qatar.
· Sodic 31 feddans residential project, Sheikh Zayed, Egypt.
The project consists of various types of buildings, including a health club and swimming pools.
· Expansion of Umm Al Qura University, Saudi Arabia.
New academic buildings with BUA of 155, 000m2), extensions to existing academic buildings with BUA of 74, 000m2) and non-academic buildings with BUA of 139, 000m2.
· Four Seasons Hotel, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
The mixed-use development has a total built-up area of 225, 000m2.
· Master planning & infrastructure design of Al-Massa Park, New Administrative Capital, Egypt.

The project includes 16 building types distributed over 40 different sites in several locations in Saudi Arabia with a total built-up area of approximately 125, 000m2. The project comprises administrative buildings, security facilities, traffic units, special forces units and police stations.
· Public Prosecution Office Building, Oman.
The project's built-up area is 14, 772m2.
· ADNOC Petroleum Institute Infrastructure, Abu Dhabi.
The area planned to be served is 682, 430m2.
· Hyde Park, New Cairo, Egypt.
Over 6.3 million square meters.

The scope includes the design of the hospital's main building with a built-up area of 73, 600m2 with 360 hospital bed.
· Waste Water Treatment in Ar-Rass, Saudi Arabia.
The second phase of Ar-Rass wastewater treatment plant with a total capacity of 25, 000m3/day. The number of process and non-process facilities is 25 buildings on an area of 100, 000m2.
· Dhahiat Somou Development Project, Saudi Arabia.
The scope of work includes the design of 14 types of single-family units with built-up area of 6, 800m2 on 123 plots with a total built-up area of 59, 900m2.
