Responsibilities:
Review the results from the pilot of the tools conducted in October 2016.
• Review the content for the EGRA and EGMA tools for the mid-line and end-line based on the pilot results.
• Coordinate the work with the illustrator, as needed, for the student stimuli.
• Finalize all tools for the mid-line and end-line operational testing.
Additionally, l served as education experts andl:
• Provide insight into the application of the tools with students throughout Jordan, e.g. what worked well and what can be improved.
• Work with the reading and math experts to propose changes to the tools.
• Serve as facilitators for the MSI workshop by interpreting from English to Arabic and vice versa.
Development of the Innovation labs strategy, which will include:
• Innovation labs Mission and Vision.
• Plan of Implementation in the 5 Innovation labs.
• Plan for Networking to reinforce the innovation labs collaboration with private sector, NGOs, Funders and other partners.
• Plan for outreach.
• Mentoring and evaluation processes.
- Training students on soft skills, Teachers on new teaching strategies, and principles on leadership skills, in programs in public schools funded by the USAID.
