1. Design and detail development based on the brand guidelines.
2. Acting as a consultant and local Designer for brand and an interface with the client for adherence to the quality and timelines.
3. Overlooking and supervising design projects and design feedback at times.

Preparing Design of Retail Interior, MEP design and Quantity Surveying disciplines.
Preparing Civil & MEP BOQ for the Manufactures/Suppliers.
Coordinating with All territory for renovation plan and or any changes on the stores.
Handling 135 Lifestyle Stores up to date data.
1.Worked on design of high-rise residential-commercial- Retail & Hospitality Interiors projects.
2.Preparing conceptual Design & Development, Preparation of Presentation drawings, working drawings, Estimation, Area analysis.
3.Taking approvals for Fit out work from the Local Government authorities. ( Building Authorities, Municipality, Electricity/water, Tecom & Jafza)
4.Project coordination and interaction with Client, Sub-consultants, In-house design disciplines.
5.Involved in site supervision visits for all the projects.
6.Preparing material procurement list time to time for the respective projects.
7.Preparing Civil, Shop fitting and MEP BOQ for the Manufactures / Suppliers.
8.Produce estimates and itemized summary of the materials used in the job sites.
Bachelor of Degree in Arts
