Full cycle implementation - acted as Techno Functional consultant and team lead for Interfaces.

Accomplishments:

• Reviewed clients’ requirements against Temenos T24 functionalities specifically in regard to inward / outward remittances.
• Analysed Clients’ requirements and performed configuration of Document Management and Image Management modules with respect to Banks’ requirements.
• Designed functionality to handle cheques & drafts in the system.
• Identified business requirements, prepared specs, managed development and provided Post Live support for 30+ Interfaces ranging from real-time dynamic to batch file based systems.
• Configured / Customized Retail, Payment & Image module to support the Interbranch transactions between T24 and legacy core banking system.
• Designed the workflow for Loan originating system of Consumer banking products using Process Workflow.
• Conducted different testing phases like SIT, UAT, Parallel run and handling of all testing related issues
• Successful Go Live of Interface in April, 2009 & May 2010

Full cycle implementation (For JS Bank, Bank Alfalah, Atlas Bank) / Implementation (For NIB Bank, Meezan Bank) - acted as Techno Functional Consultant & Team Lead Interfaces.

Accomplishments:
• With a team of five technical consultants, I performed the analysis & supervised the development and successful implementation of various interfaces (ranging from producing extracts to Real-time financial transactions.
• I have reviewed clients' requirements against TEMENOS T24™ functionalities specifically in regard to Interfaces, and have been activity involved in setting up the technical architecture and tools necessary to maximize the benefit from Temenos products.
• Gathered the interface requirements from Bank & prepared functional / technical specification documents.
• I have participated in functional UAT and have been involved in the support GO-Live operation.

Analyzed & performed development of Bloomfield Hall School System (www.bhs.edu.pk) web based ERP comprising of interconnected modules.

Accomplishments:
• The project was targeted to be completed in 3 years time but we completed this in less than 2 years time.
• Analyzed & developed business logic model.
