• Establish, develop and implement proactive recruitment strategies across IDSC that satisfies staffing needs and funnels a pipeline of available talent into IDSC.
• Implement and manage manpower requirements with regards to IDSC's strategic plan in cooperation with line managers and departments, providing input to fine-tune the requirements.
