Principle Responsibilities
• Lead the Warehouse assistant team on daily operations. Monitored all staff from warehouse to organized the day to day operations
• Supervised warehouse operations of the department from Receiving of products from Suppliers, putting away to each designated location and packing of Goods for endorsement to Documentation and Dispatch Sections.
• Maintained and ensure accurate inventory entry, daily cycle counting and issuance of return goods processed, classified and recorded using ERP system.
• Managed direct report dispatchers; provided mentoring, call auditing, performance reviews, employee evaluations, hiring, training and handled citizen complaints.

• Ensure that all goods are dispatched for delivery or transfer are properly checked, accurately documented and provided with necessary gate pass and clearances for exit from company premises.

• Sorted the items into its category, sizes and colors
• Confirm the items on its designated locations using RF scanners
• Picked the items using RF scanners and using a pick sheets with its corresponding pick list ID’s customer wise
• Closed the boxes for cycle count /QA checking
• Palletized the boxes with its corresponding customers country wise by using RF scanner and pallet ID’s each pallet
• Update into the system once it’s already palletize and turned over to dispatch department for delivery
• Checked and rectify the error items by using the (WMS)
• Conducted physical inventory checked the items for exact locations
• Maintained the first in first out (FIFO) method.
• Documented inventory movements in the WMS using handheld scanners.
• Prepared boxes, pallets and crates for outgoing shipments.
• Inspected merchandise for damage and discrepancies with documentation.
• Forecasted manpower requirements based on daily workload and company targets.
• Supervising all the staff of repacking and offloading.
• Receiving the stocks from Taiwan.
• Preparing the stock for shipments and deliveries.
• Ensure that the warehouse and work area are clean and tidy and observes security and safety.
• Conduct manual inventory.
• Monitor and control all logistics activities related to maximize performance, productivity and adherence to company standards.
• Making daily reports to DSM regarding whatever we done for the day.
