Develop and implement an asset lifecycle management strategy for the equipment division so as to meet
organizational performance plans within permissible budget and timelines
Coordinate with the Asset Planning Specialist to determine the assets to be purchased or rented each year
Drive the zonal-based asset planning and utilization strategy through ensuring development of processes and
procedures for cross-project movement of assets
Review asset plans periodically and ensure that the current and future project requirements are accounted for
Develop and refine asset acquisition strategies for vehicles and equipment in collaboration with Operations
Manager (construction and non-construction) and ensure its implementation
Monitor utilization of assets periodically and take necessary actions to correct it, as and when necessary
Drive implementation of systems, standards, procedures and methodologies to facilitate the provision and
operation of maintenance and repair services to the high standard of performance expected in the
organization
Draft a policy for asset disposal and liquidation and put in place the procedures for the same; ensure them
communication and implementation throughout the department
Monitor cost effectiveness of all EQUIPMENT operations following consultation with subordinates; analyze
information and make recommendations / approve changes to achieve increased performance
Evaluate and report confidentially to the management on quarterly basis the qualities, performance and
suitability of senior personnel of EQUIPMENT division
Collaborate with Warehousing and Procurement department to ensure satisfactory levels of performance of
machinery and equipment through timely delivery of spare parts as well as new purchases

Cranes)
Fully responsible for 3 Mega job sites (King Saud University-girls campus, King Abdullah Financial District, King Fahed National library). This contains 135 tower cranes, 63 P/M hoist and 60 Placing boom. Tower cranes was Liebherr (280 EC-H, 550 EC-H, 160 HCL, 280HCL), Potain (MC310K-12, MC175B, MR225, MR295).
P/M hoists was all ALIMAK brand.
More than 500 workers was under my management including 5 engineers to cover the huge number of installation troubleshooting climbing.. etc.
Cranes anchoring to the building was a must where the project towers was between 100-400m height, all the designs locations and organization with Fasad and construction people was done by myself, with the help of potain and liebherr design offices in France Abu Dhabi and Germany.
Fleet was in a great condition due to the regular maintenance done by 2 groups under my management and the supervision of the vendors at the warranty period.
Also location of all cranes and P/M hoist was done under my supervision to insure that all the activities related to the machine will be done in a perfect condition
As a technical Electrical engineer for tower cranes/M hoist and placing booms.
the company is a vendor for Yongmao cranes (chines cranes) and Orbit hoists later they took Cmax P/M hoists, my job roll was to follow up all break downs in the fleet which was around 50 tower cranes and 47 P/M hoists, troubleshoot the breakdowns, insure the availability of spare parts at warehouse all the time through a weekly reports from the warehouse about the amount we used and what left.
My main target was to minimize the breakdown time which reached to 10 hours
