& TECHNOSTEEL CO. Riyadh-Saudi Arabia As Executive Manager (for both companies).
Main Duties:
Studying and knowledge of the company assets, resources, financial situation, all conditions and problems.
Putting the strategic plan as to increase sales target up to 50, 000, 000 S.R. yearly.
Assigning the skilled, experienced and qualified people who can work on the track to achieve our strategy target.
Assist and supervise our team to create the new procedure & rules of our company projects from A to Z to avoid the mistakes, lost, problems and delay on the project progress
Create and supervise the procedure plan of sales department to achieve the target
Supervise financial department to start new strategy and activation of some important reports like expected cash flow chart and organizing the monthly deserved payments to suppliers based on that.
Reviewing projects cost with cost accountant and give proposals & recommendations.
Establishment of some new departments like: cost control dept., projects coordination and reviewing dept., structural dept. and financial auditing dept. (and create the suitable procedure for each)
Supporting the technical departments (engineering, production, installation, structural calculations, estimation, cost control, quality control, coordination and reviewing, procurement, IT ….) by the ideas, proposals and plans to solve their problems and result to work improvement, for example:
A- Preparing of check list reports for each department on each project (to avoid the problems)
B- Monitoring of departments productivity index
C- Creation and supervise of each department software to assist and improve the work (look to the details of "PROJECT ELEMENTS REPORT" program for monitoring of each element in the project and "ESTIMATION SOFTWARE" which are both created by me)
D- Buying any software can assist the department quick work and accuracy like STAAD, TEKLA, LOGICAL, ERP……..
E- Creation and supervising of the bonus system which is connected to employees evaluation basis and productivity index.
F- Motivate our team engineers and employees, give them the confidence, too patient with them, teach them the loyalty, faithful and fighting to our company, the comfortable environment between them and me and between each other in order to enable them from innovation, doing the best and work progress.
G- Assign a weekly meeting for each department to observe the growth and last problems..
Organizing and working on my weekly work schedule includes the internal and external meetings, repetitive works, and personal interview with our people.
Searching for new products, systems and suppliers through visiting the local and international exhibitions, ex.: using SCHUCO SYSTEM in some high rise towers projects.
Attending any essential courses like: EXECUTIVE MANAGER course held in RIYADH at 2014
Achievements:
Increasing of both companies sales to more than 65, 000, 000, S.R. and getting a large and specified projects.
Increasing of company net profit (as a total value and percentage) due to the business enlargement and cost reduction policy.
Organizing, arranging and high monitoring on the work help us to reduce our time and money wastage and customer complaints and increase the customer happiness which affect positively on our company reputation and business enlargement.
Increasing our company area size, equipments, building of new factories and bringing of extra employees and labors
Establishment of new factories in other field like glass factory…………
Cooperation, hardworking, avoidance the racism, and feeling of teamwork basis between me and employees and between each other which help our work smoothly and flexibility.
