● Responsible for developing infrastructure electrical design drawings for Substations, L.V & H.V Networks Development and street lighting along with load schedule calculation and single line diagram.
● Material submittals reviewing for electrical equipment & material specifications.
● Check out and start up activities for electrical work including Ducts, LV, HV and fiber optic Cables laying, installation of feeder pillars and service turret, street lighting control cabinets, termination, installation of all substations equipment’s, earthling system street light poles, landscape lighting and Energy monitoring system

• Review of shop drawings/As built drawing submitted by contractor.
• Checking the program of works & schedule preparation
• Monitor, material submittal, Approvals &Testing
• Coordinate and liaise with client, services authorities (Electricity, Water)
• Submission of drawing and follow-up with NOC’S
• Execution of swimming pool changing roam, chiller yard, play area.
• Prepare pre-handing over reports in liaison with Emaar/ECM
• Follow up of LV & HV works directly with DEWA & DEWA appointed contractors
• Tracking contractor progress for completion of works in line with client requirements; advise contractor for expediting works accordingly
• Laying cable for street lighting and land scaping lighting supervision.
• Conduct coordination meetings between building and Infra contractor for smooth flow of site works
• Verify inspection requests (IR) with the approved IFC design/shop drawings
• Lead & Inspect the contractor activities to comply with IFC design & project specification
• Help the contractors to overcome any obstructions & take quick actions to avoid any delay to site works
• Quality Control follow up with contractor at site
• Monitoring construction progress & prepare weekly progress report.
• Checking of infrastructure, Road, Utilities, Street lighting and landscaping lighting.
• Preparing snag list prior to handing over of the project to the client to ensure that all work is competed satisfactorily
• Actively participates in site specific safely program watches for reports and unsafe work.
• Inspecting the construction of temporary and permanent works to ensure compliance with contract.

• Checking all shop drawing with Engineer.

Designing, specification, preparing contract documents, evaluating tenders, letting contracts and supervising works on site for electrical services engineering using the appropriate components and techniques.
Carrying out surveys and feasibility studies and preparing reports and estimates.

Load Calculations, Scheduling of loads and balancing the loads.
● Calculate the Voltage drop, Cable selection and Transformer selection.

Follow up With DEWA Engineers for Inspection and all other approvals.

Supervising and Monitoring the installation work and allocating the work to individuals.

 Headed as engineer in charge of all electrical and street lighting works for Maintenance RTA M1000/1 Special Works Project
 Received and rectified Routine, Emergency, Argent, and VIP work orders 24/7.
 Coordinated with RTA / Client and Consultant engineers and project management in designing and estimation phases, prepared all technical and voltage drop calculations and preceded related NOC’s with DEWA.







 Received contract and final design drawing from consultant and confirmed that all the details are matching with site condition.
 Studied material submittals, confirmed the compliment with RTA / Project Standards and Specifications, Ordered materials and escalated technical changes occur during work.
 Managed and organized work of the project team (Civil, Planning, QS, QC, and HSEQ) / sub-contractors, supervised the work in order to meet standards and requirements of RTA / Client and implemented work plan on time and in the agreed budget.
 Responsible for correct installation and supervised with test for the entire electrical works, understand and apply technical and safety regulations.
 Prepared as Built drawings and fulfilled snag lists for Taking over certificate and project handing over.
