As a business system analyst I'm Involved in the analysis of software, and systems, to avert risk and prevent software issues. Involved in quality assurance stage of software development and deployment by the below functions, to ensure the software created by developers is fit for purpose.
• Translate requirements to viable test cases used in QA stage prior to UAT.
• Perform and prepare test cases, test scripts, and test data used in running design and QA testing on APIs, UI, DB, and processing.
• Analyzing problems, detecting root causes and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Documenting and communicating test results using appropriate tools.
• Identifying areas for automation and communicating with the automation team.
• Documenting test processes or systems as required.
• Identify the project scope, implementation options and needs, including detailed work packages, tasks and hardware, medical equipment.
• Collect site-specific data and any other data requested from the site/client to prepare an analysis report, and escalate any business related gaps, issues.
• Assist in executing the phase tasks as per the company’s project implementation methodology under the medical supervision of the Medical Site Senior and managerial supervision of the Project Manager.
• Hold client meetings to solicit requirements, and documentation.
• Configure the system as per the approved requirements.
• Execute the training plan, and conduct user-training sessions.
• Support for clinical and operational processes as part of the go-live phase with one-on-one guidance with physicians, nurses, medical records and other staff to assist with questions or procedures and identify, resolve issues to clients.
• Help participating in any presale activities such as virtual clinic demos.
• Conduct User Acceptance Tests (UAT) and identify, investigate and track possible bugs, enhancements, and new features applicable on pre rolled out packages and report them during this stage.
• Resolve, maintain site EHR system requests or incidents via Remedy resolution center.
Casual work, and general crew member duties of delivering the highest level of customer service, in a
clean and safe environment.
• Day to day operations of handling and dispensing of medical supplies, process suppliers invoices and purchase orders.
• Estimate unit’s annual medical supplies consumption and file a report to announce tenders.
• Reviewing companies and contractors offers in procurement committees.
• Monitor inventory balance and request purchase orders accordingly.
