Started as Al Sawani Kids department coordinator in the GCC & Middle East, promoted to Al Sawani Department Store Division Manager in 2008. Negotiated new brands, recruited & trained sales staff & store managers, budgeted sales & purchasing, P & L statements, trained brand managers.

Set a 5 year regional business plan based on company objectives (O.G.S.M) for the territories of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, UAE & Egypt to position Al Sawani Department as the number one leading retail concept among direct competitors. Developed marketing plans, sales forecasts, purchasing budgets, P/L statements & measure the performance through KPI's. I have trained sales staff, store managers, using training manuals. The sales capacity of my division in 2009 was 105, 000, 000 Sr and a number of 41 free standing stores and department stores. The total number of staff within my management is 227 employees.
