• Ensure that safety procedures and regulations are being followed.
• Supervising on daily site work activities to ensure their maximum productivity and according to specified standards and quality.
• Following programs with Services Companies.
• Designing vertical and horizontal wells.
• Monitored daily cost and progress of well operations, acted as a liaison with third party sub-contractors.
• Preparing drilling, work over, fishing & cementing programs, casing policy, bit selection and drilling fluid.
• Tracked budgets and expenditures to draft informative reports for management.
• Observe operation with Service Company (perforation, side tracking, directional drilling and logging).
• Prepare annual, monthly and daily technical reports and study technical specification for drilling tools.
 Designing vertical and horizontal wells.  Follow up Coiled Tubing and Nitrogen Operation.  Cased and Open Hole side track wells.  Prepare and testing well head and BOP stack.  Perform Cementing jobs (plugs & casing).  Supervision Liner Running and Setting Hanger.  Perform well completion and Packer Setting (Mechanical and Hydraulic).  Well Control and Recover stuck pipe (Open & Cased Hole).  Perform Coring Operation.  Mud Losses Treatment.
