Maintains own selected accounts requiring executive level consideration. Sales Collections: • Monitors operation of sales collection activity and ensures adherence to FINE SOLUTIONS credit policy in order to meet collection targets and minimizing bad debt. Customer Service & Relationship: • Manage all aspects of customer relationship activities in designated country including development of customer database and contacts in order to ensure strong client relationships convert into retained customers and growth in market share. • Enforces a customer centric culture in team, to reach and surpass customer satisfaction.
