Mainly responsible for bringing clients and projects to the company. Attracting customers to the company by explaining the features that the company will provide them. Responsible for presenting work to clients through my high speaking skills and presenting projects smoothly. I also work on social media sites by publishing the company's projects and responding to customer inquiries. Responsible for a project calculations, including (purchases, consumption, cost).
Responsible for monitoring the system, content, and data. Monitoring the content that is placed on social sites, including (live, comments, posts, and videos) in terms of quality, keeping all legal content, and removing any illegal content. Entering work-related data, in terms of productivity per hour, day, and month, in the AHT specified for us by the managers. Training new employees on the job and explaining the nature of the work’s systems and how to control the work’s KPI. Sending daily reports to the managers.
Responsible for the relationship between the customer and the company and provide him quick and accurate information. Customer service via in-pound and out-pound calls, emails, and chat.
