Responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of offers (tenders) / orders and follow up of contracts to meet company targets and fulfill customer needs.
Ensure the quality of contract’s execution from the technical, commercial, administrative and
financial points of view fulfilling all contract obligations to ensure customer satisfaction and
company profitability.
Identify discrepancies between registered and actual margin to rationalize causes and proposing improvements in the contractual process.
Coordinate and close follow-up between different departments to solve problems to secure contract obligations.
Develop the technical and commercial tender response, taking customer needs into consideration to optimize the proposal in terms of competitive positioning to the customer, leading to profitability for the Company.
Follow up on proposals and negotiates with customers, in coordination with the Sales team to secure sales in line with budgeted targets.
Promote and uses through the prepared offers standard solutions to reduce production time and costs and meets customer needs.
Utilizing the problem solving skills, in order to obtain the optimum customer satisfaction without affecting the company profitability.

CDMA network (Flexent™ Wireless Network System) as WLL solution in 850MHz band for Telecom Egypt to cover the area of Alex and Delta (166.5k), my Duties and Responsibilities are: Install, service commission, Integrate, test the MSC, Do the operation and maintenance tasks such as:
Perform routine and line maintenance
Create and maintain all translation changes, including all cell site tables, routing tables "Call routing adjustments to support Trunking plan changes and new NPA/NXX implementation by opening/ adjusting NOC codes, Route Index and Charge Index tables", Hardware tables, and networking tables.
Proactive alarm monitoring and respond to system alarms as required to maintain system-switching operations.
Monitor and maintain Inter-system traffic to and from other switches and/or cellular carriers, use Metrics to collect Al-Lucent switch statistics and prepare utilization/capacity reports on a monthly/ weekly basis for switch traffic moves.
Perform other duties as assigned, also attend some of the network design and the Engineering of the DCS (digital cellular switch) 5ESS (class 5 electronic switching system) Al-Lucent switches-

Finalizing and reviewing Technical parts of contracts with the costumer.
Working on the EvDO (Evolution-Data Optimized) conversion to provide "broadband-speed"

Document, present and instruct trainings to Teletech Customers.
