responsible for developing and documenting the landscape design of a project Interpreting clients’ requirements and transforming that to landscape design concept from scratch. Supervision of landscape design team, necessary review, corrections and guidelines. Prepare and maintain project documents like correspondence, minutes of meeting, notes etc.
- Develop comprehensive technical reports, detailing design concepts and soft scape components.
- Refine selected landscape design option into preliminary and final detailed designs in coordination with other design disciplines, including the development of required drawings and graphical materials, as needed.
- Develop landscape tendering documents and closely work with the quantity surveying department
- Support the tender process, including responding to bid queries and evaluating bids.
- Graphic Presentation and making reports.
- Develops designs, working drawings, specifications and related aspects for required projects under the supervision of the senior concept designer.
- Assists on the design development of irrigation and plant material specifications
- Inspect projects which are in progress to determine specification compliance, especially in the area of plant materials specification and gives recommendations to existing specifications and plans, if required.
- Attends meetings for issues related to landscaping when required.
- Maintains records and correspondence related to work.
