• Devising and establishing a company's quality procedures, standards and specifications;

• Ensure all materials meet the required specifications.
• Document, monitor, track, and submit related quality data.
• Coordinate and schedule field testing and performance QA/QC inspections.

Supervise a team of fifteen people (Q.C&Q.A); delegate the work load to ensure productivity and efficiency is maximized.
Lead teams in Lean tools and implementation of projects.
Assist and train others in the Lean improvement processes, tools and methods.
Train and mentor yellow belts, help educate others in the organization about Lean Six Sigma, and foster use of Lean Six Sigma tools.
Gather, collect, organize, prioritize, conduct statistical analysis, and present data concerning business and/or project opportunities
Facilitate meetings, kaizen events and workshops to solve urgent business needs
Develop requirements documents and conduct systems testing, training, and related documentation as necessary.
Develop, integrate and Monitor the quality management system; (procedures and work instructions) and update it to fit ISO9001:2008&OHSAS18001:2007 standards
Review & update QMS manual
Manage internal audit program
Liaise with external ISO auditors during annual surveillance
visits Manage issues and execute corrective actions raised during internal and external audits
Implement continuous improvement initiatives within the QMS Implement quality systems and policies across additional areas thus increasing the scope of the QMS
Communicate and work with production supervisors and employees to resolve production issues and/or problems relating to quality.
Investigate customer complaints and research root cause Perform an analysis to determine the reasons for the quality rejects as reported by the customer. Based on the results of the analysis develop a system that will reduce the number of rejects.
Conduct statistical analysis of product characteristics and/or process parameters to support determination of process capabilities, as well as validation of effectiveness of corrective actions.
Prepare companies regarding ISO9001:2008 standards as :
• Identify the key processes in the company so that they may concentrate most efforts at improving key processes
• Provide guidelines on the planning process so that better able to meet customer orders
• Clarify roles and responsibilities so that everyone knows his scope of work, responsibility and authority
• Train staff to monitor and review the on-going operations and allow senior management to evaluate the performance
• Provide procedures and ongoing support so that appropriate corrective action and preventive action is taken when the quality of service or product falls below the target
Implement OHSAS18001:2007 standards

In-charge of GIT&Cardio line promotion (Idizole, Idiavix, ……..).
Arrange a regular seminars and presentations for the physician and other health staff in the hospitals
Liaising with distributors and wholesalers to ensure a smooth distribution of medicines
