Duties and Responsibilities:
• Attending meetings and following up on the Progress of works.
• Preparation agreements with subcontractors, review the shop drawing and shop drawing Follow up the coordination drawing.
• Review & respond to shop drawings / Materials of submittals technical contractual clarifications.
• Monitors the cost, recourse Management Human resource, Quality Management, and organization chart for the projects.
• Monitors and controls the progress of the Construction and commissioning phases and MEP Operation and Maintenance till handing over the project.
• Monitor and review the safety plan of the project.
• Following snagging lists/defect lists and monitoring till substantial completion Certificate obtaining.
