Properly follow all steps of the sales process i.e. prospecting, meet and greet, consultation, presentation, demonstration, negotiation, gaining commitment, closure and delivery, and post sale follow up to attract new and retain current customers.
Meet and greet customers as they arrive to the showroom.
Ensure accurate collection and submission of customer details.
Maintain up-to-date information on all customer interactions in the CRM database.
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person, and via telephone calls and emails.
Effectively schedule customer follow up, delivery and new customer acquisition utilizing strong time management and organization skills to maintain customer satisfaction at all times.
Assist the customers in making the correct choice of vehicle and build loyalty by providing a personalized and tailored sales experience to each individual prospective customer.
Ensures a smooth, clean and defect free delivery of sold vehicles as promised to customers.
Report daily activities to the Sales Supervisor/Manager.
Regularly visit key customers, to build, grow and maintain good relationships with customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets set by management and maximize company profit by selling the vehicles at maximum margins within company policies.
Achieve sales satisfaction index targets by providing excellent customer service.
Actively maintain product knowledge and competitive product knowledge.
Actively promote the Finance and Insurance products, whilst determining customer qualifications and profiles to ensure appropriateness of the offer.
Prepare all required documentation to complete the sale process.
Track and pursue uncompleted sales to close sales to the required KPI conversion rates.
Coordinate with parts and services teams to present complete offer to the clients.

Great experience in outdoor filming and its immediate needs, as I am able to guide and motivate members of my team. Ability to influence, motivate and lead people/staff through effective communication and interaction skills.
