A. Safety Responsible And TPM Coordinator 2008 till end of 2013
1. Certified OHSAS 18001 lead auditor by "TUV Rheinland".
2. Certified HSE responsible by the "Occupational Health & Safety Institute".
3. Creating safe work place through hazard identification and risk assessment and implementing the agreed control measures.

5. Supervise the external certification & governmental bodies for the certification and surveillance audits related to OHSAS 18001 & governmental authorizations.

14. Responsible for accident/Incident reports registration, investigation of root causes for the incident and lesson learned publication to all the staff.

16. Update and follow up the execution of the HSE department Monthly Report & Budget.

18. Leading the Total Productive Management (TPM) program by Coaching and supporting others in using problem solving techniques to reduce the operational losses and improve the logical thinking.
19. Training the employees on TPM requirements for problem solving (eg. 5S, Root cause failure analysis, Team Routs for PM, PQ, HSE Pillars, etc.)
B. Maintenance Supervisor from 2003 to 2008
1. 1. Responsible for all the calibration system including:
a- External calibration of master devices.
b- Internal calibration of all measuring instruments and sensors.
c- ISO9001 Calibration documents (calibration register, variance limits, log sheets, tags … etc.).
d- Innovation of calibration methods for the newly introduced equipment.
2. Repair, maintenance and calibration of all the scientific instruments in the Co.
3. External coordination with the instruments suppliers to provide the correct spare parts, soft ware, information that help in solving problems and developing the instruments to work at its maximum performance.
4. Implementation of corrective maintenance for all equipment at the minimum achievable cost.
5. Developing the preventive maintenance plan to be more accurate and easier in execution and updating.
6. Registration and analysis of machine history through technical log sheets.
7. Follow up breakdown analysis sheets for the calculation of the mean time to repair (MTTR) and the mean time between failures (MTBF) and prepare the required reports for improvement.
8. Implementation and follow up of “Visual Management”, “CILT standards”.
9. Preparation of “Instruments Operating Work Instructions” for all laboratories of the Co.
