Work Description:
 Shift supervisor in Hydrotreating section for Naphtha and lube oil.

Responsibilities:
 Supervises and directs the activities of staff within the assigned Units.
 Schedules, coordinates and provides field supervision of staff involved in operation Team.
 Maintains records and prepares reports.
 Change process operation to meet production plans and optimum products specifications.
 Diagnose and correct problems affecting process conditions.
 Establish shut-down conditions in process systems and equipment as per company procedure and instructions.
 Maintain personal safety and the safety of others.

Work Description:

Work Description:
- Operator II in Hydrotreating units of Clean Fuel Project under Commissioning Located in Mina Abdullah Refinery MAB secondment through Heston Kuwait.

Responsibilities:
- Pre-commissioning and Commissioning include air/steam blowing, flushing, Columns/Vessels Inspection, chemical cleaning, leak/tightness test, inerting, run tests, instrument loop checks and DCS/ESD/F&G logic tests, refractory dry out, drying of plant, punch-listing.
- Ensures all personnel adhere to a high standard of Safety under the PTW system and is
responsible for all jobs on the Plant (Cold, Hot).
- Conducts of Job Safety Analysis in case of job to be carried out with potential hazard.
- Supervise the witnessing activities of staff within the assigned Unit.
- Supervise and carry out the Commissioning activities of staff within the assigned Unit.
- Carry out the punch listing activities.
- Carry out the ESD system functional test.
- Schedules, coordinates and provides field supervision of staff involved in operation Team.
- Maintains records and prepares reports.

Work Description:
- Operation Engineer, DCS panel operator in Hydrotreating of lube oil, Naphtha, Diesel

Responsibility:
- Reporting to the Operations Head, provide ongoing operational instructions and guidance to the refinery production teams and coordinate the operational interface between plants to ensure safe manufacture of products as per specification and schedule requirements.
- Monitor the receipt of feedstock to ensure compliance with the production plan.
- Following up everything during shift such as DCS operators, site equipment’s.
- Preparing list of maintenance must be done during work or through shutdown.
- Issue of work permit after assuring of complete safety of equipment and receiving it.
- Continuous following up of laboratory samples of feed or product.
- Detailed inspection of all machinery and equipment used in operations to ensure the accurate and proper functioning of each item independently.
- Sharing in annual maintenance and catalyst loading.
- Works in accordance with in established operating procedures, unit manual, and work instructions.
- Communicate with external parties for operational requirements.
- Produce reports to reflect plant operation status.
- Monitor the operating parameters (equipment and people) of all plants to ensure refinery streams and utilities are within specified limits.
- Ensure that the safety & well-being of employees, contractors, and others are always the first consideration in decisions on cost, production, quality and productivity.
