As an HR Adviser, on a daily bases, received passports upon arrival of workers or engineers and checked the status of the visas, and forwarded them to the secretary/typist for typing the application form for registration, and also I checked and followed up the status of the visas (work visa, business visa, visa extensions, e/r visa, final visa) I prepared payroll preparation for all local personnel, and prepared timesheet, as well as Tax and Inas payment.
My tasks as an Architectural Engineer where include reviewing all materials, Method statements and shop drawings submitted by Contractors, Coordination between contractors’ designers and Hill Intl design team, attending progress meetings with contractors and consultants, monitoring the progress as per the approved program of work, follow up the contractor’s procurement schedules, Site inspections to enforce quality and safety on sites.
The project provides me the opportunity to be familiar with architectural issues and also with other engineering discipline such as HVAC, electrical engineering, and etc.

As an administrator I supervised the first marketing exhibition for manufacturing Local, Arab, African and International products, managed the stand for Tripoli Municipality at the Tripoli International Fair. I was assigned to enter data into data base for consumption cooperatives system in Tripoli & Managed the data entry at Abu Saleem Licensing Office at the Department of Branch Systems.
