Follow up progress bills for revenue and subcontractors to conduct it to right accounts.
* Follow up Accounts Receivables (collections) and Accounts Payables (Payment) Operations.
* Follow up entries to accounts, and document business transactions.
* Follow up all guaranties and insurance policies issue and refund.
* Follow up treasury, petty cash and bank accounts transactions.
* Explain billing invoices and accounting policies to staff, vendors and clients.
* Create pleasant relationships with banks, clients to complete business operations.
* Finalize GAZT Operations and upload declarations and final reports.
* Coordinate with financial manager to prepare Financial Statements (BS, IS, etc) according to
ZAKAT & INCOME policy.
* Other duties as assigned.
Ensure that all financial transactions are conducted and recorded in its accounts and prepared
properly and correctly and in conformity with accounting principles and assumptions
* Compile and analyze monthly and annual financial information.
* Help entity Accountants to make the right recordation of financial events
* Ensure that all functioning of the accounting cycle documentary are correctly.
* Audit the final Financial Statements (BS, IS, CF, RE, etc) and the ( Final reports ).
* Explain the financial procedures to the clients.
* Provide ZAKAT & TAX advisory and try to resolve accounting discrepancies.
Manage all financial transactions and make the observance on the accounting cycle.
* Follow up Accounts Receivables (collections) and Accounts Payables (Payment) Operations.
* Coordinate with branches accountants to help preparing Financial Statements (BS, IS, etc).
* Preparing Salaries payrolls.
* Other duties as assigned.
