Managing Spare parts warehouses and project warehouses & put plans for steel WHS.

Restructuring Dept. employees reallocate them & decrease workforce by 47 %, efficiency was increased, by decreasing pending issues & increasing yearly stock counting accuracy.
Monitor KPI’s for warehouse & distribution to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure the implementation of FIFO system in all the company's warehouses
Planning the delivery and dispatch of goods between warehouses and for customers.
