Participate with quality team in hospital wide committees & provide technical assistance to hospital wide & department committees in meeting program objectives.
Participate in the implementation of Quality Improvement & Patient Safety Plan of the hospital & ensure implementation of National/International Healthcare Accreditation Standards. (CBAHI/JCI/HIMMS)
Participate in processes improvement for all the department in coordination based on the approved criteria.
Prepare & review Quality Indicators as per national/international healthcare requirements & produce these reports to management (CBAHI/JCI/HIMMS)
Coordinate & monitor compliance with national/international hospital standards.(CBAHI/JCI/HIMMS)
Assist implementation of patient satisfaction survey tools.
Review quality improvement, patient safety findings & formulate recommendations to improve quality standards.
Assist in implementing & monitoring clinical care guidelines & protocols.
